The extremely wealthy industrialist and arms dealer Zsa-zsa Korda (Benicio del Toro) has survived many enemies and dozens of assassination attempts. After his recent near-plane crash, he plans to temporarily transfer his business to his daughter Liesl (Mia Threapleton), who is actually just a novice nun on her way to becoming a nun. With their assistant Björn (Michael Cera) in tow, father and daughter set out to complete Zsa-zsa's megalomaniacal life's work—but to do so, they must keep terrorists and several governments in check, among other things. Perfectly composed images, a wonderfully quirky script, and a cast of actors galore—cult director Wes Anderson remains true to his own recipe for success in his latest "masterstroke."
