After raising red flags over the Reichstag with her political buddies in an action that attracted worldwide attention, Tine is forced to flee Berlin and ends up with her father in Bad Kleinen in the middle of the East German provinces. There is no peace here because a perfectly preserved skeleton is pulled from the moor right in front of Tine's house. Who could it have been? A deserting Wehrmacht soldier? A desperate LPG member? The ominous third BND man from Bad Kleinen? When did man disappear – and why? The village is in turmoil. In a wild cinematic ride through the present and the last century, Tine becomes, among other things, an investigator into the bog body and her own family history. The film won the German Film Critics' Award at the Max Ophüls Festival in Saarbrücken.
