Reel Love is a monthly event series hosted by ReSee Movies. We screen films that explore the complexities of modern romance in order to view our own relationships through the lens of cinema. Before & after the film, we curate low-pressure social activities inspired by the film selection, which are designed to give our community members a chance to reflect, mingle, and maybe even meet someone new.
Films for Foodies is a community cinema series combining culture, cuisine, and storytelling to create one-of-a-kind movie nights worth getting off the couch for. Each event spotlights a global culture through the lens of film and food, creating a shared space for connection, discovery, and fun night out with the ReSee community.

Zeit für Deutsch is a collaboration between ReSee Movies and the Zeitgeist Zentrum Sprachschule in Berlin, Wedding. Each month, the Zeitgeist Zentrum hosts a cozy German language movie night to give aspiring German speakers a fun and easy way to practice a little German, while also watching some great movies together. Admission is donation-based, and all language levels are welcome!

SİNELECTION presents current films that have rarely been shown in cinemas in Germany. Despite having international success at film festivals, many films often don't get afterlife in cinemas. Sneak previews and Berlin / Germany premieres will also be part of this series. All films are shown as original versions with English subtitles.
Since April 2006, young families with babies have had the opportunity to watch current cinema films in a child-friendly atmosphere every Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Babylon. Prams are parked in the cinema and babies are allowed to lie or crawl on the blanket they have brought with them.
The Babylon hosts the occasional movie marathon, for those with true cinema endurance!

The BABYLON ORCHESTER BERLIN was founded in 2019 as a silent film orchestra at the BABYLON. The BABYLON is thus the only cinema since the end of the silent film era where a cinema orchestra regularly performs, making it possible to once again experience the art form of live-accompanied films just as much as opera or concerts.
