MARTIN REJTMAN : LA PRACTICA

At the end of June, on June 28th and 29th, Argentine director MARTIN REJTMAN will be visiting our fsk cinema and personally presenting his two latest films.With films like RAPADO and SILVIA PRIETO , Martin Rejtman is considered the founder of the new Argentine cinema of the 1990s. The two latest films we're screening by the director, who has won multiple awards, including two Golden Leopards at Locarno, address the world of work in very different ways.

In the melancholic yet humorous feature film LA PRACTICA (San Sebastian 2024) , Argentinian Gustavo runs a yoga center with his wife Vanesa in Santago, Chile. Their marriage is over, and the property is being divided in the divorce. Gustavo is left alone with the yoga school, unable and unwilling to accept the situation.
