One wonders why no one thought of turning Cinderella into a body horror comedy sooner. Here, it's from the perspective of stepsister Elvira, who would do ANYTHING to her body to win the prince. No beauty, no prince. It's portrayed in such a drastically over-the-top and explicitly brutal way that it's a joy—and closer to the original fairy tale than the Disney version.
