Stuttgart by night [Stuttgart bei Nacht]

Based on a true story: Anel climbs onto a Streetlight for fun. He falls down and is apprehended by a man in handcuffs. During the course of the movie, it's revealed that this "Security officer" isn't all he seems to be.
