Woman of Sand [Mudjeris Di Areia]

This documentary brings us closer to the harsh reality of a group of 300 women who live in Tarrafal, Santiago Island (Cape Verde). They have found a way of family subsistence by extracting sand daily, completely manually on the beaches closest to the center of the municipality.
